Head of Sales - Full time

We are looking for a head of sales to join the Lausanne office and build the future of assistive devices for blind and visually impaired people.

Responsibilities:

  • Structure the sales process of the company
  • Develop lead acquisition strategies for western European countries
  • Contact potential partners and book demo meetings
  • Develop social media strategy together with our social media manager
  • Lead qualification over Hubspot
  • Synchronize device reimbursement with distributors and key partners
  • Set up new analytics tools

Requirements:

You are ready to learn new things, you like to take initiative, and you have a strong team spirit. You can demonstrate relevant experience.
You can confidently write content and talk to partners in English (mandatory) and French or German (if both, even better). You are a fast learner. You are interested in the latest trends and tools.
Good if you know: Keynote, Pages, Canva
Great if you know: Hubspot
